LINCOLN PARK LUXURY SHOWCASE SHOWHOUSE

Lincoln Park, Chicago Luxury Showcase Showhouse
This 1917 Georgian-style house is in British Georgian whimsy Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL, built in the early 20th century and was converted into two luxury homes 100 years later. Even more awe-inspiring is the fact that one of the homes was for Titanic survivor Emily Ryerson and her children.
The owners have converted the 16,000-square-foot mansion into two grand residences and looking to transform it into a Showcase Showhouse to raise money for two charities (Thresholds & Big Shoulders Fund) and get it sold. The owner challenged 40 Top Interior Designers to decorate every inch of the property. Since this was our first showhouse we selected the Jack and Jill bathroom to showcase how a small bathroom can feel luxurious. One of the major challenges was that we had to take into consideration both conjoining bedrooms and make our design fit them both.
The designed space incudes:
White Carrara counter-top and floor tile
Custom white vanity
Polished Nickel vanity lights
Brushed Nickel cabinet pulls
Maya Romanoff Modern Silk Vinyl Wallpaper
