Beverly, Chicago Modern Mediterranean Full Home Renovation - LEED Certified Residence
This custom home was a 2-year labor of love. We were challenged to give this newly purchased 7,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean-style home a full renovation. The entire house was completely gutted out and rebuild to the owner's specification. It now has a unique modern flair. That incorporates modern elements throughout, LED lighting, heated flooring, eco-friendly materials, and a smart home system. The wife is an artist and wanted to showcase her artwork throughout their home, which was a perfect canvas for her work. The homeowners wanted to keep the exterior architectural features but we gave it an updated look, by adding new doors, windows, and lighting.
